Updates and Improvements

Resident Menu Selection Form - Meal Block Override
The Meal Block Override functionality has been changed to ensure it is now mandatory for users to add an Override Reason and Extra comment in the appropriate fields in the Meal Override popup box.  These fields are now marked with an asterisk to denote they are mandatory and Helper text of Explain here why the resident is having this meal block removed has been added within the Extra Comments field to assist users.
Report Enhancements
We've enhanced a number of reports to give you more choice on how they're produced, to suit your needs.

Tray Tags
You can now see all Dietary Restrictions on Tray Tags, not just Diabetic diet types 1 & 2, thanks to the latest update. All Special Diets (Diet Types) that are included in a resident's profile will now be displayed on Tray Tags.
Choose your own font sizes 7-16
The following reports now have the option to be generated in font sizes 7 - 16, making it easier to choose how you'd like to view reports.
  • Continental Breakfast Order Form
    • If Food Texture is selected in Show/Hide Columns filter, both Food Texture - Protein and Food Texture - Other will be displayed on the report
  • Kitchen Meal Summary
  • Resident Meal Order Form
*Note: These changes do not apply to Community Ordering Sites.

Customise reports with additional Show/Hide columns options
The following reports now have additional options of Likes, Portion Size and Menu Type in the Show/Hide columns, making it easier to choose information to include or exclude from reports.
  • Continental Breakfast Order Form
  • Kitchen Meal Summary
  • Resident Meal Order Form
  • Meal Order Form
*Note: These changes do not apply to Community Ordering Sites.

Resident Tray Tags Update
The Resident Tray Tag Show/Hide columns have been updated to align with other reports and now has the following options:
  • Assistive Requirements for Care
  • General Comments & Religion
  • Breakfast Comments
  • Supplements
There is no longer any need to check tick boxes for Supplements, General Comments or Religion/Culture.
Integration Error Logs
To improve clarity of Integration Log messaging, we have removed the message "API Integration has bee successful" from appearing on integration log records.
Choice Rules - Site Rules now accessible by Head Office
If Choice Rules have been created in a site, the user can now add the rule/s to their Head Office site.
Menu Items - Special Diets
When adding or editing a Menu Item, you can now select the Special Diets (Diet Types) that are suitable for that Menu Item, like you can when adding or editing recipes.
Squashed Bugs
  • A resident's bed name (where allocated) will now display in all reports and bed numbers will sort in order if leading zeros are present (Eg bed 01 will list ahead of bed 1).
  • The Birthday List Report is now displaying resident names correctly.  The report will display resident's surname and preferred name, or resident's first name if there is not a preferred name entered in the SoupedUp profile.
  • Resident Tray Tags (from Orders) will no longer generate for residents who have not placed orders or comments for the meal service
  • The Resident Tray List sort order has been corrected and now sorts by Wing, then Room and Bed numbers within the wing, in ascending order
  • Alignment of Ingredient and Category filters in Recipe Management screen has been amended so that the top option in the dropdown can now be seen clearly.
  • There has been a tidy up of messages displayed in Notifications to make the messaging clearer.
  • Allergens, if selected to be included, will now generate on the Table Menu with the legend listed at the bottom of the menu.
  • Date and time stamp issues in the Resident Order form have been amended.
