SoupedUp supports 2FA.

Users can enable 2FA on their own user logon to enhance their user access security.

When enabling 2FA on your SoupedUp account, you can choose to have your one-time code provided via an authenticator app, or via email.

To enable 2FA

1. Navigate to your My Profile page.

2. Scroll to the Two-Factor Authentication section at the bottom of the page

3. Select your preferred option for receiving the one-time code. You can choose to receive the one-time code either via an authenticator app, or via email.

4. Click on the Update 2FA Method button

5. If you have selected to receive your one-time code via Authenticator App (TOTP), use your authenticator app to scan the QR code displayed. Enter the six digit code provided in your authenticator app, and then click the Enable 2FA button.

5. If you have selected to receive your one-time code via Email OTP, you will be taken to  the Enter Verification Code screen. A one-time code will be in your email inbox. Enter this code on the Enter Verification Code screen.

6. If you would like SoupedUp to remember this code for 30 days, tick the Trust this device for 30 days box

7. Click Verify.
