Within a course once a topic has been completed there is a downloadable certificate to demonstrate the successful completion of the topic. This certificate can be downloaded as a PDF, which can then be saved, or printed.
To access the certificate firstly you must successfully pass the topic quiz (click here to learn the requirements to successfully pass the topic quiz).
If the topic quiz is not completed the certificate will not be able to be downloaded and will not be able to be viewed and remain shaded.
Once the quiz is successfully completed there will be a checkbox beside the certificate although it will not be ticked unless it is viewed unlike the topic quiz checkbox (if completed successfully acquiring the 90% pass grade) although it will now be viewable.
To access the certificate, click on the certificates topic name, whereby you will be redirected to a ‘summary of previously received certificates’. Here you will be able to view when the certificate is issued (which is when the certificate is clicked into). By clicking ‘get your certificate’ your certificate will begin to download within your web browser. By clicking on the downloaded pdf, you will be able to view your certificate.
