The Photo Tray Tags report produces personalised Resident Tray Tags with Supplements information from the Resident profiles. Each Tag has a Resident profile image, Resident Name, Wing, Room, Food and Fluid Texture, Special Diets, Dietary Restrictions and Supplements for the selected meal services.
The Tags can be further customised in the following ways:
Options:
- Only those require Tray
Include Supplements for Meal Services:
- All selected
- Breakfast
- Morning Tea
- Lunch
- Afternoon Tea
- Dinner
- Supper
Wings:
- All Selected
- Choose specific Wing/s or Subwing/s
Residents:
- All Selected
- Choose specific Residents/s
Follow these steps to download and Print the Report:
- Select Catering from the side nav.
- Click on Reports.
- Select Tags and Labels
- Click on Photo Tray Tags.
- Make any selections from the options listed above.
- Click Generate Report.
- Click on the downloaded PDF to View and Print.
