To access the Resident Tray Tag report: 

  1. Select Catering from the side nav bar.
  2. Click on Orders.
  3. Select Manage Orders.
  4. Ensure your chosen Active menu is highlighted and then click on the Reports(pie) icon for your chosen Week:
  5.  From the list of Reports that display for your chosen Week, choose Resident Tray Tag:


Resident Tray Tags can be printed for all residents, or only those requiring Tray Tags (based on the Tray requirements entered in the Dining Preferences section of their Resident profile.


Resident Tray Tags include a Resident photo as well as Resident Name, Wing, Room Number, Food and Fluid Texture, Dietary Restrictions, Special Diets, Dislikes, Portion Size, Assistive Devices and Meal Choices.


Optional inclusions are:

  • Supplements
  • General Comments
  • Religion/Culture
  • Date


The Tags can be filtered by:

  • Meal Services
  • Wings
  • Residents
  • Days


To Generate the Report:

  1. Use the check boxes to make your selections
  2. Click Generate Report 
  3. Open the downloaded PDF to View or Print


If there are any recent changes made for the residents(s), a Recent Changes button will appear to review their Completed or On Hold orders.
