Delete a Survey

Please note, once a survey has been completed and entered in the system, you will not have the Delete option. 

When in Surveys,

To Delete a survey:

1. Click on the Delete icon in the Actions column of your chosen survey.
   
2. The Delete Survey confirmation pop up will appear, asking 'Are you sure you want to delete this survey?'. If you are sure, click the red Delete button:
   
3. Your survey will be permanently deleted, and you will see a success message pop up, confirming the deletion.
