A survey must be Assigned to a Resident before it can be:

  1. Sent to a Resident, or their family,
  2. Completed by a staff member on behalf of a Resident, or,
  3. Printed and handed to any of the above for completion.


When in Surveys


To assign a Resident to a survey: 

  1. Select Assign Residents from the left nav panel.  (If you have just added a new survey, you will already be at step 2.)
  2. Under the Assign resident to survey heading, select your chosen survey from the drop down list.
  3. Select a wing to filter residents by, or Select all.
  4. Select a Resident to assign the survey to, or Select all.
  5. Select Save. 
  6. A success message will pop up, confirming the survey has been assigned to Residents.
  7. You will be returned to the Survey Management screen and your survey will appear, with the number of Assigned residents showing in the relevant column:


Top Tip: If you need to make changes to your survey, you need to do this before the survey has been entered as completed by a recipient.  To learn how to Edit a Survey, click here.
