To send a a survey to a Resident Contact:
- Ensure the survey has been assigned to the Resident in Assign Residents.
- Click on Surveys in the side nav.
- Select Survey Status.
- Under Available Surveys, select the chosen survey from the 'Select survey' drop down list.
- Click on the Send survey button in the Actions column for your chosen Resident.
- A list of Site Contacts will appear.
- Under Recipient details, choose a Contact from the drop down menu, or enter a Recipient name.
- If you choose a contact from the Contacts list, their email address will populate automatically. If you enter a new Recipient name (a person not already entered in your Site as a Resident contact), you will need to enter a Recipient email address.
- Enter an Email subject.
- Click Send.
- The survey will now have a status of Sent for this Resident.
