You must be a Manager or Administrator, or have been assigned custom User permissions, in order to add a new menu.

To add a new menu:

  1. Select Catering from the side nav bar.
  2. Click on Menus.
  3. Select Manage Menus.
  4. Click the + Add new menu button as shown below:

Under Site Menu Setup Details:

  1. Select a menu template to base the menu on from the drop down list. 
  2. Enter a Site Custom Menu Name.
  3. Select a Status.
  4. If you select a menu Status of either Active or Planning, you will also need to select a Start Date (menus can only be started on a Monday), Menu Week Start number and whether it has Continental Breakfast:


  5. Save.
  6. You will now be directed to the Edit Menu page where you can enter your meal choices, textures and Resident menu type for each menu course.
