Allergens/Dietary Restrictions List

The Allergens/Dietary Restrictions List is a comprehensive report that provides an overview of Resident Allergens/Dietary Restrictions.  If a resident has both allergens and dietary restrictions entered in their profile, these will be separated with a forward slash ( / ) with the allergen ingredient/s being listed first. It is based on information entered in a Resident's profile, and can be customised in the following ways:

Inclusions:

• Include Intolerance/s
• Include Resident Dislikes
• Include Resident Likes
• Only Residents with known Allergens/Dietary Restrictions
• Include page break
  
  

Generate By:

• Wing (select all or specific Wings)
• Dining (select all or specific Dining)

Show/Hide Legends:

• Food Texture
• Fluid Texture
• Special Diets

Residents:

• Select All
• Choose individual Resident/s

Sort by:

• Wing
• First Name
• Last Name
• Allergen

Follow these steps to download and Print the Report:

1. Select Catering from the side nav.
2. Click on Reports.
3. Select Dietary Information.
4. Click on Allergens/Dietary Restrictions.
5. Customise the Report, ticking the boxes to select any of the optional features listed above. 
6. Click Generate Report.
7. Click on the downloaded PDF to View and Print.
   
   

The example below shows the report generated by Wing for 2 Residents, with all options ticked:

*Note that the allergen ingredient is listed to the left of the / in the Allergens/Dietary Restrictions column.
