The Resident Amendment Register tracks changes that have been made in Resident profiles, over a specified date range.

As the Register records the name of any User who makes changes, it is important that each User has their own unique username and login.


The Register logs the following information:

  • Date
  • Resident Name
  • Wing-Subwing
  • Room-Bed
  • Amended By - this is the User who made the change.  
  • Field Changed
  • Change From - this will only show if a previous entry existed in this field
  • Change To


Follow these steps to create a Resident Amendment Register:

  1. Select Catering from the side nav.
  2. Click on Reports.
  3. Select Resident Information.
  4. Click on Resident Amendment Register.
  5. Select Wing (select all or specific Wings/Sub-Wings)
  6. Select Resident/s from the drop-down list, or select all.
  7. Enter a Start date and End Date.
  8. Click Generate Report.
  9. Click on the downloaded PDF to View and Print
