Updates and Improvements

New Report - Daily Meal Order Form

The new 'Daily Meal Order Form' is designed for residents/patients to be able to select their Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner meals from a paper form. The form can be printed and cut (or printed onto perforated paper) into sections to be used on trays for evidence of the orders placed.

The report is located under Catering > Reports > Meal Order Forms > Daily Meal Order Form

The Knowledge Base has an article with further information on how to use the report. We strongly advise you read this carefully to understand how the report works with menus, meal blocking and resident information.

The Resident Meal Order Form now offers users the ability to change the font size of the report, making it easier for residents to read if they need a larger font size. Two new 'Sort By' filters have also been added so that reports can be generated by First Name or Last Name.
Help Menu Enhancement

The Help Menu has been enhanced to include a link directly to the SoupedUp 'How To' Video's removing the need to navigate back to the home page to access them
