Any changes to your password can be made through My Profile.
To access My Profile, log into your account, then click on the drop-down arrow in the top right-hand corner of the screen, next to your name and photo:
1. To change your password, please enter your NEW password in the first Password field:
2. Your password must contain at least 8 characters, with at least 1 uppercase character (A-Z), at least 1 number (0-9) and at least 1 special character (e.g. !$%):
3. You will need to enter the new password a second time, in the Password (Confirm) field. You will see a green confirmation checkbox if the passwords match:
4. Don't forget to click Save.
Note: you will not be able to save unless your passwords match and a 'very strong' password is selected.
Top Tip: It is recommended that immediately after changing your password you log out, then log back in again using the new password.
