Site Management

Access to the Sites tab is restricted to Users with Site Administrator permissions. The Sites tab is located under the Administration in the navigation panel.

To access Site Management:

1. Select Administration from the side navigation panel.
2. Click on Sites.

Site Management is where all Organisation Sites are listed:

The key information shown here for each Site includes:

• Organisation Logo
• Organisation Name
• Site Name
• Address
• Phone Number
• Texture Framework - (i.e. IDDSI)
• Contract Number
• Externally populated - this will be ticked if the site has an interface with a Clinical Software Provider

To View a Site in more detail, click on the View icon in the Actions column.

To Edit a Site, click on Edit icon in the Actions column, or simply click on the Site Name.
