A quick way to access your most frequently used reports, is to mark them as favourites. Each User within a site can have their own set of favourite reports. 


To set up your favourites, please follow these steps:

  1. Select Catering from the side nav.
  2. Click on Reports.
  3. Under Report Management, click on a category heading, e.g Dietary Information.


  4. You will now see a love heart icon to the right of each report in this category:

     
  5. Simply click on a heart that corresponds with a report you would like to make a favourite.

    In the example below, you will see the Breakfast List report is now flagged as one the Favourite Reports, and a teal shortcut button appears directly under the Report management heading:


  6. Multiple reports can be selected as favourites, simply by following steps 1 to 5 above. These favourites will all be displayed under Report Management. Click on the teal shortcut button for any report to go directly to its details section.


  7.  To remove a report as a favourite, either click on the relevant X in the shortcut, or click on the teal coloured heart that corresponds with the report name in the list:
