Key Reports at Your Fingertips

Get excited! SoupedUp offers an extensive selection of reports that you can generate using a variety of filters. Customise and explore data like never before!

Reports can be located in the navigation pane by selecting ‘Reports’ and a list of reports will be displayed to enable you to locate your preferred report(s) and generate to PDF.

Filtering and Generating Reports 

Each report can be generated using specific filter options, so you can download the data you need, relevant to your site.

All of the details for reports have been neatly wrapped up in our ‘How to Videos’ and ‘Knowledge Base’, which can be accessed via the 'Help" section in SoupedUp.

Login Tips for Continuous Success

Login to SoupedUp
By following these tips, you’ll be able to log in smoothly and start enjoying all the features our software has to offer!
  • Make sure you are logging into the correct version (Version 2) of SoupedUp: https://app.soupedup.io/  
  • Ensure your user profile is currently active (note if you have not logged into SoupedUp for greater than 3 months, your user profile will auto-generate to inactive status).
  • If you are attempting to login and find your user profile is inactive, refer to your Organisation Administrator for SoupedUp to assist you with re-activation.
  • If you receive a notification of ‘too many attempts’ to login, close the browser and reopen SoupedUp. Check to ensure you are entering the correct password.
  • Forgot your password? Simply open the login page to SoupedUp, enter your email address in the ‘Login Details’ box, click on NEXT, click on ‘Forgot Password’ and follow the prompts.
  • Did not access password reset in your inbox within the required timeframe (expiry indicated)? No problem, simply go back to the login page and follow the prompts as per ‘Forgot Password’. 
More Important Info
  • If you haven't seen it yet, check out our most recent Release 2.1.6 on Monday 6th May 2024.
  • To align with FSANZ new allergen labelling requirements, we have updated the allergen terms in SoupedUp. You will see that the terms have automatically updated in the Declarable Allergens and Dietary Restrictions dropdown lists in the resident profile.
  • More great news is we have also been able to include a number of report enhancements.
