Menus and Recipes

 NEW:

• Easily see allergens related to a nested recipe, as allergen information now also displays in the information panel on a recipe page. 
• Find ingredients faster by either searching or sorting by brand name in the Ingredients Management page. 
• Decide how you want to run your shopping list as you can now generate a shopping list over different weeks within a menu cycle. 
• Easily add storage instructions information for recipes by using the new feature. Add any information in the free-text field and storage instructions information will display on the recipe report.

Issues resolved: 

• When creating a Dietary Setting in Head Office, the issue has been resolved and now links to several or all linked sites.
• Order form settings/course ordering is resolved. Menu meal service choices will now be sorted as per the menu template in menu view/edit, order form settings, order form reports and all other related reports.                                                                                                                                                               

• Manage users faster by searching or sorting by email address. This new field is in the User Management page and is available for site administrators. 
• The User Management page will now display all active users by default, rather than both active and inactive users. Note; inactive users can be viewed by selecting this in the search options.

• The sorting by option on the User Management page for 'User Group' has been re-named 'User Role' to be consistent with column name.

Issues resolved: 

• New users can now select the re-send email link to verify their email address, if accessed after the 24-hour timeframe.

Resident Profile

 NEW:

• See important allergen and dietary information instantly on the resident ‘view’ screen, without having to go to ‘edit’ or clicking on the Dietary Information tab. The following information is displayed on the resident view screen: 
  • Declarable Allergens (in red text)
  • Dietary Restrictions (in red text)
  • Intolerances
  • Special Diets
  • Food Texture - Other
  • Food Texture - Protein
  • Fluid Texture

Issues resolved:

• Cut Up and Nil By Mouth/Peg Feed toggles can now no longer be selected simultaneously.

Help Function Improvements

Get help faster thanks to improvements to our Help tab. With the click of a button, you can get access to the Knowledge Base for more information or log a ticket. By clicking on the 'Contact Us' button, you will also be able to write us a ticket simply by filling out the fields and submitting it.
