We are always working hard to ensure your SoupedUp experience is improving by introducing new features, making enhancements, and squashing bugs.

Following is a summary of changes you will find in release 2.2.5.

Have a suggestion or feature enhancement? Use the 'Help' button or email support@soupedup.com to let us know.

Navigation Panel:

You will see that the field you use to switch your sites has moved from the left side of the screen to the right side.

We hope you love our refreshed left hand navigation panel as much as we do! The options you have remain the same, it just has a smart new look.

Residents:

Gender and Identify As Updates

To align with the Australian Government Guidelines on the Recognition of Sex and Gender we have updated the selectable options in our Gender and Identify As dropdown terms.

The options are now:

  • Female
  • Male
  • Indeterminate / Intersex / Unspecified
  • Transgender
  • Undisclosed

Existing residents previously recorded with as Intersex will be automatically updated to Indeterminate / Intersex / Unspecified.

If you have an integration with your clinical software, mapping will automatically be updated.

Dietary Restrictions terms added

We have added the following terms to our Dietary Restrictions lists:

  • Lobster
  • Nectarine

If you have an integration with your clinical software with a picklist for your allergies/dietary restrictions, you may like to add these terms to your list in your clinical assessment form.

Squashed Bugs

  • Our Table Menu Report will now print to allow folding into a booklet correctly.

Tips

If a site within your organisation needs to be made inactive, we recommend you archive any menu, resident and meal history reports before the site is deactivated.
