To access Order Summary: 

  1. Select Catering from the side nav bar.
  2. Click on Orders.
  3. Select Order Summary.
  4. Here you will see your Active Menus listed under the Menus heading.  The current menu will be highlighted blue, as shown below:
  5. To the right of these menus will be the Ordering forms for each week of the highlighted menu.  The forms will automatically pull the Meal Summary information from the Resident Menu Selection Form for the highlighted menu. If you want to change which menu forms you see, simply click on a different Active Menu to see it's Created Forms.  
  6.   Click on a Created Form to open the Meal Summary report.  
  7. To move between days, simply use the <Previous and >Next arrows or select a different day from the drop down menu:
  8. The Meal Summary report provides a colour coded summary of the total meals ordered per meal service day, per day.  The report can be filtered by Wing and Food Texture, simplifying kitchen meal preparation:

  9. Click on the blue image to the right of any meal in this report to see a brief description of the meal, along with the recipe ingredients and photo.  



  10. When clicking on the blue photo image, any allergens in the recipe ingredients will appear in red font.  See example below for Egg, Bacon and Tomato:
