Supplements

The Supplements report is a summary of the information entered in the Supplements tab of a Resident's profile, including a breakdown of fluid textures.

The report can be customised in the following ways:

Generate By:

• Wing (select all or specific Wings/Sub-Wings)
• Dining (select all or specific Dining)

Inclusions:

• Include page break

Show/Hide Legends:

• Portion Size
• Food Texture
• Fluid Texture
• Special Diets

Show/Hide Columns:

• Room
• Table
• Food Texture
• Fluid Texture
• Special Diets
• Assistive Devices
• Breakfast
• Morning tea
• Lunch
• Afternoon tea
• Dinner
• Supper

Fluid Textures:

• Select All
• MT2 - Mildly Thick
• MO3 - Moderately Thick
• EX4 - Extremely Thick
• TN0 - Thin
• ST1 - Slightly Think

Residents:

• Select All
• Choose individual Resident/s

Sort by:

• Wing
• Room
• First Name

Follow these steps to download and Print the Report:

1. Select Catering from the side nav.
2. Click on Reports.
3. Select Drinks and Supplements.
4. Click on Supplements 
5. Customise the Report, ticking the boxes to select any of the optional features listed above. 
6. Click Generate Report.
7. Click on the downloaded PDF to View and Print.
