The Water Jugs report is a summary of the Fluid Management information entered in the Dietary Information section of a Resident's profile.
The report can be customised in the following ways:
Generate By:
- Wing (select all or specific Wings/Sub-Wings)
- Dining (select all or specific Dining)
Page Orientation:
- Portrait
- Landscape
Inclusions:
- Include page break
- Include All residents
- Include only those requiring Water Jugs
Show/Hide Legends:
- Fluid Texture
Show/Hide Columns
- Room
- Assistive Requirements for Care
- Comments
- Fluid Texture
- Assistive Devices
Residents:
- Select All
- Choose individual Resident/s
Sort by:
- Wing
- Room
- First Name
Follow these steps to download and Print the Report:
- Select Catering from the side nav.
- Click on Reports.
- Select Drinks and Supplements.
- Click on Water Jugs.
- Customise the Report, ticking the boxes to select any of the optional features listed above.
- Click Generate Report.
- Click on the downloaded PDF to View and Print.
