The Tray Tags report provide a concise summary of Resident Drinks information from the Resident profile. The Tags include the Date, Resident Name, Wing, Room, Table, Food and Fluid Texture, Special Diets, Dietary Restrictions, Intolerances, Dislikes, Portion Size and Drinks choices for the selected meal services.
The Tags can be further customised in the following ways:
Options:
- Only those require Tray
- Include general comments
- Include religion
- Include assistive devices
Meal Services:
- All selected
- Breakfast
- Morning Tea
- Lunch
- Afternoon Tea
- Dinner
- Supper
Wings:
- All Selected
- Choose specific Wing/s or Subwing/s
Residents:
- All Selected
- Choose specific Residents/s
Follow these steps to download and Print the Report:
- Select Catering from the side nav.
- Click on Reports.
- Select Tags and Labels
- Click on Tray Tags.
- Make any selections from the options listed above.
- Click Generate Report.
- Click on the downloaded PDF to View and Print.
