To access the Resident Individual Choice report:
- Select Catering from the side nav bar.
- Click on Orders.
- Select Manage Orders.
- Ensure your chosen Active menu is highlighted and then click on the Reports icon for your chosen Week:
- From the list of Reports that display for your chosen Week, choose Resident Individual Choice:
As shown below, this Report can be filtered by Meal Services (maximum of 3), Meal Choices, Days and Residents. It can also be filtered by Wings or Dining Rooms.
Additional options include:
- Choice of Page orientation
- Include Facility Name and Logo
- Show Resident selections only
- Font size
To Generate the Report:
- Use the check boxes to make your selections
- Click Generate Report
- Open the downloaded PDF to View or Print
As this is one of the Order reports, it is linked to choices entered into the Resident Menu Selection Form.
The report details the Resident Name, Meal Selections, Wing, Room, Dining Room, Table, Seat, Special Diets, Food Texture, Dietary Restrictions and Dislikes.
This report can provide each Resident with a reminder of what they have ordered for the days ahead.
The report seen here has 'Show Resident selections only' unticked, therefore the menu choices all show, but the Resident's selections are highlighted green.
