Key Tips for User Management |
To keep systems secure, the SoupedUp Support team doesn’t manage user profiles or new user setups. These are handled by your organisation’s nominated SoupedUp Administrator. Make sure you know who your Administrator is so they can assist you if needed.

Inactive Users
Did you know users become inactive after 3 months of inactivity?
If this happens, you can easily reset your password to regain access. Learn more in our Knowledge Base here
Administrators: Don’t forget to review and update your user list for inactive profiles!
