Ticket Management is where you can track progress of your logged support tickets.


To access Ticket Management:


1. Click on Help in the bottom left corner of the navigation panel.


2. Select Ticket Management:


3. Under the Tickets heading, you will see a list of any support tickets that you have logged, along with their status and creation date:


4. To View a ticket in more detail, click on the View icon in the Actions column:


5. Here you will see the Ticket Description, Conversation history (including responses from the support team) and Ticket details: 


6. You can also reply to open tickets and change the ticket status:


Recommendation: Please log a separate ticket for each new question or issue, rather than re-open a closed ticket.
