Form Preferences

Form Preferences is where you can save how you would like the order form to open. You are able to select the Wing or Dining Room, the day of the week (today, tomorrow or 2 days in advance) and how you would like to sort the residents (Name, Room, Table, Order Status). You can save these preferences making the order form quicker to open each time you need to use it.

To locate Form Preferences navigate to Orders > Manage Orders > Edit

Once the Edit button is selected you will be shown the Form Settings pop-up. 

The Form Preferences will appear for you to make and save your selections

Once the form is generated your preferences will be displayed:

Once your Form Preferences are set, they will open all future weeks and menus with the same settings.

Note:

- If the option of "Tomorrow" or "2 Days in Advance" is selected and there is no day available to open in the current week, the order form will open to Sunday. For example on Saturday, if "2 Days in Advance" is selected the order form will open to Sunday.

- If the option of "Tomorrow" or "2 Days in Advance" is selected then opening the order form on Monday, will move the open days to Tuesday or Wednesday (depending on your selection). It is recommended to change your Form Preferences on Monday so the order form will open "Today"
